arrival

When to arrive & what to expect

We recommend arriving early so you have time to check in, meet your instructor, and settle in. Final arrival timing will be confirmed by FemmeSculpt Haus.

Arrive Early

Plan to arrive about 10–15 minutes before class for check-in and orientation.

Check In & Meet Us

Check in, explore the studio, and meet your instructor before class begins.

Machine Setup

Your instructor will explain the machine settings and where to store personal belongings.

what to wear

Comfortable, movement-ready clothing

clothing

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows full movement and lets your instructor observe form. Avoid overly loose clothing, tie long hair back when needed, and leave accessories that may interfere with movement at home.

grip socks & essentials

Details on whether grip socks are required, boutique availability, towels, water bottles, and lockers will be confirmed by FemmeSculpt Haus. Bring water when possible, and ask our team about retail options in studio.
